What's New in JobMinglr: Feature Updates for Summer 2026

William Rannefeld·July 10, 2026

Summer 2026 brings a meaningful set of improvements to JobMinglr for both job seekers and employers. Here's what's new, what it does, and why we built it.

We ship product improvements continuously, but every few months there's a cluster of releases significant enough to warrant a proper update. This is that update for summer 2026. These features came directly from conversations with the recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers using JobMinglr every day.

Here's what changed and why.

Enhanced match score transparency

The single most common request from job seekers was more visibility into why a match score is what it is. Previously, you'd see a percentage and a role recommendation. Now, the match score breakdown shows the contributing factors: skills alignment, experience level, location fit, and role-type preference.

This helps candidates understand where they're strong matches and where there are gaps — information that's useful whether you're deciding to swipe right on a role or thinking about skills you might want to develop. Employers see the same breakdown, which helps them prioritize candidates beyond the aggregate number.

Faster ATS sync for Greenhouse and Pinpoint

We've reduced the sync latency for both Greenhouse and Pinpoint integrations significantly. New roles now appear in JobMinglr's matching engine within 10 minutes of being activated in your ATS, down from the previous 30-minute window. Stage changes in your ATS also sync back to JobMinglr faster, so your matching queue stays accurate without manual intervention.

We've also added configurable sync rules for both platforms — you can now specify which job types, departments, or seniority levels you want included in JobMinglr matching, giving you finer control over which roles are actively drawing candidates.

Improved employer dashboard notifications

Recruiters using the JobMinglr employer dashboard can now configure real-time notifications for new mutual matches, with filters by role, location, and match score threshold. If you only want to be alerted for matches above a certain score on high-priority roles, you can set that precisely.

We also added a batch review mode that lets you swipe through candidate profiles for a given role without switching between individual records. For high-volume sourcing on active roles, this reduces the time it takes to work through the match queue significantly.

As always, feature requests and feedback go directly to our product team. If there's something on your wish list that didn't make this update, it's almost certainly in the backlog — and the more we hear about it, the higher it rises.
