1. Introduction to JobMinglr Terms of Service
Welcome to JobMinglr! By accessing or using JobMinglr's websites, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms outline the rules and expectations for using our Platform, ensuring a safe and effective environment for all users.
JobMinglr connects Job Seekers with Employers, providing tools and features to streamline job searches, applications, and hiring processes. Whether you're seeking employment, posting job listings, or using any other services on the Platform, these Terms govern your interactions and responsibilities.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and agree to abide by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Definitions and Scope
- JobMinglr: Refers to the services, websites, mobile applications, and related tools provided by JobMinglr.
- Platform: The collective term for JobMinglr's websites, mobile apps, and any services or products offered.
- Job Seeker: An individual using the Platform to search for employment or related opportunities.
- Employer: An individual, company, or organization using the Platform to post job opportunities or search for potential candidates.
- User: Anyone accessing or using the Platform, including Job Seekers, Employers, and other visitors.
- Content: All materials, including text, images, and data, shared, posted, or made available through the Platform.
- Services: The tools and features offered by JobMinglr, including job search, applications, profile creation, and messaging.
These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform, regardless of the device or method used to access it. JobMinglr acts as a neutral facilitator and does not participate in employment decisions or guarantee job placements.
3. User Responsibilities and Eligibility
Eligibility
- Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Authority to Agree: If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Platform.
User Responsibilities
As a User of the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information, including your profile, resume, or job postings, is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Use the Platform Lawfully: Avoid engaging in any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity while using JobMinglr.
- Protect Your Account: Keep your account credentials confidential and notify JobMinglr immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
- Respect Other Users: Avoid posting inappropriate, discriminatory, or offensive content. Refrain from spamming, harassment, or any abusive behavior.
- Avoid Unauthorized Activities: Do not attempt to scrape, hack, or otherwise misuse the Platform. Do not use automation tools (e.g., bots or scripts) without prior permission.
4. Account Creation and Security
Account Creation
- Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- Single Account Policy: Maintain only one account unless expressly permitted by JobMinglr.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password. Specifically, you agree to:
- Keep Credentials Confidential: Do not share your login information with others.
- Prevent Unauthorized Access: Take reasonable steps to protect your account from unauthorized access.
- Report Issues Promptly: Notify JobMinglr immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity or a security breach related to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. JobMinglr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use unless caused by our negligence.
5. JobMinglr Services and Features
5.1 Job Ads and Listings
JobMinglr displays job advertisements and listings from Employers. Job Seekers can search for and apply to jobs for free. Employers are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their job postings. JobMinglr does not guarantee the validity or availability of job postings.
5.2 Resumes and Profiles
Job Seekers may create a profile and upload resumes to be shared with Employers. By default, profiles are searchable by Employers unless privacy settings are adjusted. It is the Job Seeker's responsibility to ensure their profile and resume are accurate and up-to-date.
5.3 Application Tools
JobMinglr provides tools for Job Seekers to apply directly to jobs and for Employers to review applications. Job Seekers are responsible for ensuring their application materials are complete and accurate before submission. JobMinglr is not responsible for how Employers handle applications or make hiring decisions.
5.4 Messaging and Communication
JobMinglr may enable messaging between Job Seekers and Employers through the Platform. Communications must be professional and related to job opportunities. JobMinglr may review or moderate communications to ensure compliance with these Terms.
5.5 Assessments and Screening Tools
JobMinglr offers optional skills assessments and screening tools for Employers and Job Seekers. Employers select and review assessments; JobMinglr is not involved in hiring decisions. Job Seekers may choose whether to share assessment results with Employers.
5.6 Service Availability
JobMinglr reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit access to any service or feature without prior notice. Some services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
5.7 Automated Application Delivery
JobMinglr offers an automated application delivery feature that attempts to submit job applications on your behalf to third-party employers and applicant tracking systems (ATS). While we make every reasonable effort to successfully deliver your application, JobMinglr does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or processing of any application by an employer or ATS platform.
Application delivery may fail due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: changes to an employer's application process, technical limitations of third-party systems, closed or expired job listings, or network and system errors.
If we are unable to deliver your application automatically, we will notify you through the Platform so that you may apply manually using the direct link provided. JobMinglr is not liable for any missed opportunities, damages, or losses arising from a failed or undelivered application. It is your responsibility to confirm receipt of your application directly with the employer if delivery confirmation is important to you.
6. Employer and Job Seeker Interactions
6.1 Responsibilities of Employers
Employers must provide accurate and lawful job postings. Employers are solely responsible for screening and evaluating applicants, conducting interviews and background checks, and complying with all applicable laws, including those related to employment and anti-discrimination.
6.2 Responsibilities of Job Seekers
Job Seekers must provide truthful and complete information in their profiles, resumes, and applications. Job Seekers are encouraged to research job opportunities and Employers independently to ensure their legitimacy.
6.3 Communication Guidelines
All communications between Job Seekers and Employers must be professional and relevant to job opportunities, and must avoid discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate language.
6.4 Disclaimers
JobMinglr does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of job postings or employer credentials, that Job Seekers will receive responses, interviews, or job offers, or that Employers will find suitable candidates.
6.5 Dispute Resolution
JobMinglr is not responsible for disputes between Job Seekers and Employers. Both parties are expected to resolve any issues independently. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, Users should report the matter to JobMinglr for investigation.
7. Communication Tools and Messaging
7.1 Purpose
Messaging tools are intended solely for job-related communications, such as discussing job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and requesting or sharing additional information related to applications or postings.
7.2 Professional Conduct
All messages sent through the Platform must be respectful and professional, avoid discriminatory, harassing, or abusive language, and adhere to applicable laws and regulations. Users must not send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or irrelevant messages.
7.3 Monitoring and Moderation
JobMinglr may monitor and moderate communications to ensure compliance with these Terms, investigate reports of misuse, and improve Platform functionality. JobMinglr reserves the right to restrict or disable communication tools for Users who violate these Terms.
7.4 Alias Communication
To protect privacy, JobMinglr may use alias email addresses or phone numbers for communication between Job Seekers and Employers. Once personal contact details are exchanged, JobMinglr is not responsible for how that information is used.
7.5 Message Delivery
JobMinglr does not guarantee delivery or receipt of messages sent through the Platform, or that messages will be free from errors, delays, or interruptions.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Data Collection
JobMinglr collects and processes your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Information collected may include personal details such as name, email, and phone number; resumes, profiles, and application materials; and usage data, such as search history and activity on the Platform.
8.2 Purpose of Data Use
JobMinglr uses your data to:
- Provide and improve the Platform — operate core features including job search, matching, messaging, and application delivery.
- Power AI matching and recommendations — your profile, skills, work history, and activity data are used to train and improve our AI matching algorithms, generate compatibility scores, and personalize job recommendations. This includes using aggregated and anonymized data to enhance the accuracy of our models across all users.
- Deliver applications to employers — your resume and application materials are shared with employers and their applicant tracking systems when you apply to a job, as described in Sections 5.7 and 8.3.
- Share with partner platforms — your data may be shared with approved employer and technology partners solely for the purpose of delivering services you have requested, such as submitting your application or providing interview preparation.
- Communicate with you — send account updates, application status notifications, and service-related communications.
8.2a Advertising and Analytics
JobMinglr uses third-party analytics and advertising services (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google AdMob) to understand how users interact with the Platform and to serve relevant advertisements on our website and mobile applications. These services may collect information about your visits to our website and other sites using cookies and similar tracking technologies in order to provide targeted advertising based on your interests and browsing behavior.
Free-tier users of the Platform may see job-related and career-adjacent advertisements. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings, Google's ad settings, or by adjusting your cookie preferences on our Platform.
JobMinglr does not sell your personal profile data, resume, or application materials to data brokers or third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering our services.Data shared with advertising partners is limited to usage and behavioral data collected through standard web tracking — it does not include your resume, application history, or employment data.
8.3 Data Sharing and Third-Party Platform Transfers
JobMinglr may share your data with Employers for job applications or recruiting purposes, service providers assisting in the delivery of JobMinglr services, and third parties as required by law or to prevent fraud or misuse of the Platform.
By using JobMinglr's application features, you expressly authorize JobMinglr to transfer your profile information, resume, and application materials to third-party applicant tracking systems, hiring platforms, and technology partners that JobMinglr integrates with (including but not limited to ATS providers, recruitment software platforms, and other employment technology services) for the purpose of delivering your job application to an employer. This transfer is necessary to provide the automated application delivery service described in Section 5.7.
JobMinglr partners with vetted technology platforms that maintain their own privacy and data security standards. By submitting an application through JobMinglr, you acknowledge and consent to your information being processed by the relevant third-party platform in accordance with that platform's terms and privacy policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
8.4 User Control
You have the right to access and update your personal information, adjust privacy settings to control visibility of your profile and application materials, and request the deletion of your account and data, subject to legal obligations. Contact privacy@jobminglr.com for data-related requests.
8.5 Data Security
JobMinglr implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and notifying JobMinglr of any suspected breaches.
8.6 Cookies and Tracking
JobMinglr uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and gather usage data. Details are available in our Cookie Policy.
9. Prohibited Activities
9.1 Misuse of the Platform
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in profiles, resumes, or job listings.
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than job seeking or recruiting.
- Engage in unauthorized data scraping, crawling, or the use of bots or automated tools to collect information from the Platform.
9.2 Harmful or Illegal Conduct
- Violating any applicable laws, including labor laws, anti-discrimination laws, and intellectual property laws.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
- Impersonating another person, organization, or entity.
- Sharing or distributing harmful content, such as malware, viruses, or phishing schemes.
9.3 Unauthorized Access
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to JobMinglr's systems, other users' accounts, or any restricted areas of the Platform.
- Tampering with or circumventing any security features or access restrictions.
9.4 Spamming and Scams
- Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or repeated communications that are irrelevant or harassing.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as fake job postings, phishing, or identity theft.
9.5 Inappropriate Content
- Content that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
- Content in violation of intellectual property rights or containing copyrighted material without permission.
10. Third-Party Content and Links
JobMinglr displays job listings, advertisements, and other content created by third-party Employers and partners. JobMinglr is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of third-party content. Any interactions, agreements, or disputes between Users and third-party content providers are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. JobMinglr does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or services provided by external sites. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they access.
JobMinglr may integrate with third-party tools or services, such as communication platforms or applicant tracking systems. JobMinglr is not liable for technical issues, data breaches, or other problems caused by these third-party tools.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership of JobMinglr Content
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, are owned by JobMinglr or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any JobMinglr content without explicit written permission.
11.2 Trademarks
"JobMinglr," its logo, and any related branding are trademarks of JobMinglr. Users may not use these trademarks without prior written authorization, except as necessary for job-related activities on the Platform.
11.3 User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of any content they create or submit on the Platform, such as resumes, job postings, and messages. By submitting content, Users grant JobMinglr a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for purposes related to providing and improving the Platform.
11.5 Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on the Platform, please notify JobMinglr at IP@jobminglr.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of a dispute with JobMinglr, you agree to first contact us at support@jobminglr.com to provide an opportunity to resolve the issue informally. JobMinglr will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice.
12.2 Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or other collective proceeding.
12.4 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes that proceed outside of arbitration must be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.
12.7 Statute of Limitations
You must file any claim or dispute within one year from the date of the event giving rise to the claim. Failure to do so will result in the claim being permanently barred.
13. Modifications to Terms and Services
JobMinglr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
JobMinglr may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its features at any time without prior notice. JobMinglr is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes to the services.
It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed about any updates or changes.
14. Termination of Use
14.1 Termination by JobMinglr
JobMinglr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws, engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate activities, misuse of the Platform, or failure to provide accurate or complete account information.
14.2 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting JobMinglr at support@jobminglr.com or through the account settings on the Platform.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Platform and its services will be immediately revoked. JobMinglr may retain certain information as required by law or its Privacy Policy. Any outstanding obligations under these Terms remain enforceable.
15. Disclaimers; Warranty Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification
15.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOBMINGLR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
JobMinglr does not warrant that (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
15.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JOBMINGLR, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF JOBMINGLR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOBMINGLR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JOBMINGLR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, JobMinglr's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
15.3 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobMinglr, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Platform or any services in violation of these Terms
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform, including User-Generated Content
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the Platform
- Any dispute between you and another user or employer
JobMinglr reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate fully with JobMinglr in asserting available defenses.
15.4 DMCA Safe Harbor
JobMinglr complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and qualifies for the safe harbor protections thereunder with respect to user-uploaded content. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please follow the DMCA notice and takedown procedure described in our Privacy Policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with our DMCA Repeat Infringer Policy.
15.5 CDA Section 230
JobMinglr is an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Communications Decency Act). We are not the publisher or speaker of any user-provided content and are not liable for content posted by users, employers, or third parties on the Platform.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to employment, intellectual property, and data protection laws. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.
17. Contact Information for Support
18. Technology Platform; No Employment Relationship; AI Disclaimer
18.1 Technology Platform Only
JobMinglr is a technology platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers. JobMinglr is not a staffing agency, employment agency, recruiter, or labor contractor. We do not employ job seekers, place workers, or guarantee employment outcomes. No agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship is created between you and JobMinglr by virtue of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
18.2 AI and Algorithmic Matching Disclaimer
JobMinglr uses artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems to generate match scores, trust scores, compatibility ratings, and job recommendations. These scores and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding your suitability for any position, your likelihood of being hired, or an employer's likelihood of selecting you. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers, not by JobMinglr or its systems.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. JobMinglr makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated score, recommendation, or content. You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs when making employment or hiring decisions.
18.3 Employer Verification Disclaimer
JobMinglr does not independently verify the identity, credentials, legitimacy, financial status, or hiring intentions of employers or job posters on the Platform. Job listings are not screened or endorsed by JobMinglr. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the legitimacy of any employer or job opportunity before sharing personal information, attending interviews, or accepting employment. If you suspect fraudulent activity, report it immediately to support@jobminglr.com.
18.4 Force Majeure
JobMinglr shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party service provider failures, cyberattacks, or any other event outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). Our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of any Force Majeure Event.
19. California and International Privacy Rights
19.1 California Residents — CCPA/CPRA
California residents have specific privacy rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 19.2 European and UK Users — GDPR
Users in the EEA or UK have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing. JobMinglr processes personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable. Contact privacy@jobminglr.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
20. Additional Terms for Specific Services
Certain JobMinglr features or programs may have specific terms and conditions that apply:
- JobMinglr Ads Program: Applies to free and sponsored job postings, targeted ads, and virtual hiring events.
- Resume Search and Smart Sourcing: Employers accessing the Resume Search feature agree to use candidate information solely for recruiting purposes.
- JobMinglr Assessments: Job Seekers participating in assessments agree to provide accurate responses, and Employers agree to use assessments fairly and in compliance with applicable laws.
- JobMinglr API Terms: Use of JobMinglr's APIs is subject to specific usage guidelines, including restrictions on data collection and redistribution.
- JobMinglr Hiring Platform: Includes tools for online interviews, virtual evaluations, and scheduling. Users must ensure that all interactions comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
