Acceptable Use Policy
Standards and guidelines for how employers, job seekers, and third parties may use the JobMinglr platform.

JobMinglr is committed to providing a safe, professional, and productive environment for all users. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the acceptable use of our Services and the actions we may take if you violate this Policy. By using JobMinglr, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Illegal Activities: Engage in any activity that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Harmful Content: Post, upload, share, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonation: Impersonate or attempt to impersonate JobMinglr, a JobMinglr employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- Spam: Transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- Security Violations: Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- Malware Distribution: Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property.
- Fraudulent Activities: Engage in any activities that are fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative, including posting fake job listings, misrepresenting credentials, or conducting phishing schemes.
- Employment Discrimination: Post job listings or conduct recruitment activities that unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law, including the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and equivalent state and local laws.
- Child Exploitation: Upload, share, or distribute any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. JobMinglr has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content will be immediately removed, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
- Data Harvesting: Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise collect data from the Platform without express written authorization, including through automated tools, bots, or scripts.
- AI and Algorithm Abuse: Attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or exploit JobMinglr's AI systems, matching algorithms, or recommendation engines to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent Platform policies.
2. User Content
You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Services. You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit content that:
- Violates Any Law: Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
- Is Harmful: Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
- Contains Personal Information: Includes personal information about others without their consent.
- Infringes Rights: Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Is Misleading: Misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
3. Enforcement
JobMinglr reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in JobMinglr's sole discretion, violates this Policy. Enforcement actions may be applied progressively or immediately depending on the severity of the violation:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and request corrective action.
- Content Removal: We may remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy, with or without prior notice.
- Temporary Suspension: We may temporarily suspend your access to the Platform pending investigation or as a sanction for repeated or moderate violations.
- Permanent Termination: Serious violations — including but not limited to fraud, CSAM, harassment, or repeated infringement — will result in permanent account termination without warning.
- Law Enforcement Referral: Where required by law or where we believe criminal activity is involved, we will report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities, including NCMEC for child safety matters.
- Civil Action: JobMinglr reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys' fees in civil proceedings against violators.
Enforcement decisions are made in our sole discretion and may not be subject to appeal. However, if you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us at support@jobminglr.com to request a review. We will consider appeals on a case-by-case basis but are not obligated to restore access.

We may modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
