How does JobMinglr matching work?
Your résumé is parsed into a weighted skills profile, and that profile is scored against every open role on the platform. A preference layer then removes anything outside the salary, location, and work-arrangement bounds you set. What reaches your deck is only roles where the fit already works, so a swipe is a decision rather than a guess.
How many jobs can I apply to per day on JobMinglr?
Applying from job search is unlimited on every plan. That button goes straight to the employer's own form. What is metered is the work we do for you: 5 Quick Applies a day on a free account and 25 with Premium, where we fill in and submit that form on your behalf. Swipe-to-match is a separate daily allowance, 15 on free and 25 with Premium. If you need more swipes in a hurry, Swipe Boosts are a one-time purchase: $5 for 50 or $10 for 125, and they never expire.
Can my current employer see that I am job searching?
No. Incognito Mode hides your profile from companies you specify, including your current one, while leaving you visible to everyone else. Swipes, profile views, and tool activity are never surfaced to anyone outside a confirmed mutual match, and no employer can message you until you have matched with them.
