JobMinglr Product Roadmap Preview: What's Coming Next

William Rannefeld·September 28, 2026

Here's an early look at the features and integrations we're building to make job matching smarter, faster, and more useful for both candidates and employers.

JobMinglr's core mechanic — swipe-based mutual matching that connects job seekers with roles and employers with candidates — has proven its value since launch. But matching is a starting point, not a finish line. The roadmap we're executing through 2027 is about deepening the signal, expanding the integrations, and giving both sides of the market better tools to make great decisions faster.

We share roadmap previews because our users — job seekers, recruiters, and HR leaders — are partners in building a platform that actually serves them. Feedback on these directions matters, and we want the people using JobMinglr daily to understand where we're headed.

Deeper ATS integrations

We are deepening our existing integrations with Greenhouse and Pinpoint and adding support for additional ATS platforms in Q1 2027. Deeper integration means richer data exchange — match scores, candidate engagement history, and mutual interest signals passing into ATS workflows more completely, giving recruiting teams better context alongside the candidate profile.

We are also building bidirectional sync improvements: when a candidate's status changes in an ATS, that signal can inform their JobMinglr experience and matching behavior, reducing instances where candidates are matched to roles for which they're already in process elsewhere.

Enhanced candidate profiles

Job seekers will be able to add richer context to their profiles — short video introductions, work portfolio links, and project highlights that help employers understand their capabilities beyond what a resume summary conveys. These additions are optional and designed to give candidates who want to differentiate themselves the tools to do so.

We are also building out skills verification features in partnership with several credentialing platforms, so candidates can surface validated skill signals alongside self-reported ones. The goal is a profile that's both more honest and more compelling for the roles that matter most.

Smarter match explanations

One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we receive is that both candidates and employers want to understand why they're seeing a particular match. We're building match explanation features that surface the top reasons a candidate and role are paired — specific skills, experience alignment, location and compensation fit — so both parties can evaluate relevance quickly.

For employers, this transparency will also enable better feedback loops: flagging a match as "wrong fit because X" helps the algorithm calibrate faster and surface better candidates for that role type going forward.
