We step in as their transportation team - coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, tracking performance, and improving how everything runs behind the scenes. Our customers range from large manufacturers to high-volume distributors across industries like automotive, building materials, food, and packaging. No matter the industry, the goal is the same: keep freight moving smoothly, efficiently, and without surprises.

What You’Ll Do

Complete a structured onboarding program focused on managed transportation, supply chain, and consultative sales Research companies that fit our ideal customer profile (ICP) Prospect through cold calls, email, ZoomInfo, and other outreach strategies Schedule qualified discovery meetings with supply chain and logistics decision makers Learn how to uncover transportation challenges and identify opportunities Partner with senior sales leaders throughout the sales cycle Maintain accurate activity in HubSpot Consistently achieve daily and monthly activity goals What Success Looks Like Make approximately 60-70 outbound calls per day Engage transportation decision makers in meaningful conversations Schedule qualified discovery meetings for our executive team Build a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting Continuously improve your consultative selling and outreach strategies

What We’Re Looking For

: HS Diploma or GED required (college degree a plus) Full-time availability, 100% on-site in Raleigh Proven experience working in customer service Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people Competitive drive - you want to win, and you’re not afraid of hard work Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn is a plus - but not required! We’ll teach you everything you need to know
