Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor - Home Health Great Growth Opportunity! BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN with with a passion for clinical education. In this role as a Full Time Registered Nurse Preceptor, you will train, coach and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs.

This exciting new role will work one-on-one with our nurses to ensure our clinicians are delivering exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients living in their homes throughout the greater Denver area. Previous Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required. Please note : This position is not a dedicated clinical educator role.

Responsibilities

When onboarding needs arise, the RN Preceptor will also provide training, mentorship, and field-based support to new clinical hires. As a result, this role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area to support onboarding activities. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.

Qualifications

for a Registered BAYADA Nurse: A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Colorado Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
