About The Role
We're looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our workplace running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations — from managing supplies and vendor relationships to supporting the team and helping shape a great office culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems before they become problems, enjoys variety in their workday, and takes pride in creating a well-run, welcoming environment.
What You'Ll Do
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workplace is organized, stocked, and running efficiently Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, catering, office supplies, IT support, etc.) and negotiate contracts as needed Coordinate daily lunch orders Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance Support onboarding for new hires (workspace setup, equipment, badges/access, welcome materials) Manage office budget, track expenses, and process invoices Coordinate company events, meetings, and team activities Handle incoming mail, packages, and front-desk/reception duties as needed Maintain office policies and procedures, and help ensure compliance with health and safety standards Support P&C and leadership with administrative tasks (scheduling, travel arrangements, filing) Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned Help with new office planning, buildout and move
What We'Re Looking For
5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and general comfort with office software A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information A friendly, approachable demeanor — you're often the first face people see Nic e to Have: Experience with office management software (e.g., Slack, Outlook 365, QuickBooks) Prior experience in a startup or small-business environment
