Risk & Compliance Project Manager

The Risk and Compliance Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects in Risk and Compliance and Cybersecurity teams to drive compliance and cybersecurity initiatives across the entire organization.

Lead compliance improvement projects to ensure the consistent development and implementation of interdepartmental and cross-functional team projects Apply InterSystems project and change management principles to project management and lead initiatives for continued improvements Lead in the management and maintenance of a strong change control process throughout the duration of projects Lead planning sessions to facilitate production of plans and deliverables Demonstrate thorough skills and abilities the provision of support to the Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance and Clinical Safety teams and their objectives: Manage the completion of all tasks, including those of any third party partner according to the timeline Maintain focus on efficiency while managing the project time and costs/resources Provide advice and best practices to project team members Work proactively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and establish a culture of success and learning within the team Perform other related duties and activities as required.
