Dispatcher – Residential HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Ballard Natural Gas Services Location: 2027 196th St SW Suite A101, Lynnwood, WA 98036 Pay: $28–$35 per hour DOE Ballard Natural Gas Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team! What You'Ll Do

: Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service technicians efficiently throughout the day. Manage technician routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, arrival times, and scheduling updates.

Coordinate emergency calls and prioritize service requests appropriately. Work closely with field technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor job progress and make scheduling adjustments as needed.

Maintain accurate records and customer information within dispatch software.

Requirements

: 2+ years of residential trade dispatching experience required (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services). ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred. Strong scheduling and route management skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment. Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
