Job Summary: Impiricus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our DocUpdate team and own project execution across one of our fastest-growing product lines. This role will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects stay organized, aligned, and moving forward in a fast-paced environment. As the primary Project Manager for DocUpdate, you will act as the "air traffic controller" for several concurrent workstreams, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Concierge teams to drive execution from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution Own end-to-end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule and key stakeholders stay aligned. Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing competing priorities while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting for cross-functional initiatives.
Drive projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight while ensuring accountability across teams. Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, Concierge, and other internal stakeholders to successfully deliver complex initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of coordination across departments, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and project timelines.

Education & Experience Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. PMP Certification (required). 3+ years of corporate project management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
