Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors. Develop
documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market. Specification What you’ll need to succeed: Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership role Experience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize
, and manage product roadmaps Ability to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectives Strong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Experience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizations Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences Experience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven products Ability to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers preferred SALARY RANGE: $184,000 - $221,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on
