Food Safety Quality Area Manager Shift- Sunday to Wednesday 7:00pm to 5:30am HelloFresh is seeking an FSQ Area Manager. The FSQ Area Manager is responsible for Manufacturing and is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance-related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs).

Initiates RCA investigations, executes pending preventive and corrective action requests (CAPA), including nonconformities from holds, internal and external audits. Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as it relates to the product safety You Are… Leadership: train and develop a large group of hourly employees Performance Management: for assigned production lines.

You Have… Associate degree or related leadership work experience. At least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance should be combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments as a FSQA leader, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies.
