Evening Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) On Time Experts | Garland, TX Pay: $20–$24 per Hour Work Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a winning team? On Time Experts is looking for an Evening Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) to join our growing team.

This position will begin with 2–3 weeks of paid in-office training at our Garland headquarters before transitioning to a remote work schedule.

What You'Ll Do

Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical customers. Support dispatch operations and help maximize technician efficiency.

Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and service availability. Accurately enter customer information and job details into company systems. Work closely with dispatchers, technicians, and management to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Assist with after-hours and emergency service requests.

What We'Re Looking For

Previous customer service, call center, CSR, DSR, or dispatch experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working evenings and handling a high volume of calls. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Home office environment with reliable high-speed internet after training is completed.
