Scrum Master for Migration Team Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to lead our migration team through complex application migration projects within an Agile framework.
This individual will play a critical role in facilitating the assessment, planning, and execution of migrating applications to a new hosting environment. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of Agile leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
: Facilitate Scrum events, including Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Standups. Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile principles. Lead application assessments, evaluating architecture, dependencies, and performance characteristics.
Analyze the compatibility of applications with new hosting environments. Identify risks and challenges associated with application migration and design mitigation strategies. Develop migration strategies, including lift-and-shift and refactoring approaches.
Required Skills and Experience: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Experience in application assessment and modernization techniques. Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
