Sr. Manager of Product Management (Multiple Positions) Job Description Summary: Develop and execute product plans that support business objectives. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
Solve complex ana undefined problems through structured analysis and team guidance. Manage and develop a team of Product Managers. Drive continuous improvement in product development and delivery processes.
Communicate product strategy and priorities to internal and external stakeholders. Lead product teams and influence enterprise-wise initiatives.
Qualifications
: Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any), IT/IS, Analytics (any), Management (any), Business (any) or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any), IT/IS, Analytics (any), Management (any), Business (any) or related field of study and three (3) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any), IT/IS, Analytics (any), Management (any), Business (any) or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have demonstrated experience with: Product management including full product lifecycle ownership and defining product strategy aligned with business objectives; managing a portfolio of B2B products in high-growth and/or financial technology environments; hands-on Agile product development (backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design teams); leading and mentoring product management teams including direct people management and performance development; Cloud-based SaaS platforms (modern RESTful APIs, webhooks or microservices architecture); compliance and risk management in financial services (KYC, AML, OFAC, Nacha operating rules, and Regulation E); product analytics and customer research using tools and frameworks to make data-informed decisions and measure product success; and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and compliance teams, including experience gathering
