Job Summary: The Human Resources (“HR”) Generalist position will primarily focus on providing support onsite to our Warehouse/Distribution center team and will also support HR Operations. This role will also work closely with the onsite HR Business Partner on employee relations issues, performance management, coaching, counseling, team member development, and retention. The HR Generalist will also be able to partner more broadly with the HR department on other assigned duties and projects.

Requirements
: Generally requires 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in Employee Relations and Leave Administration. HR Generalist experience in other HR areas preferred. Education
: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, SPHR/PHR certification or related field preferred or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. Equipment Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to create spreadsheets in Excel. Experience with HRIS a plus.
