Responsibilities
: Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client. The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting client relationships, executing campaign initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. Assist Account Team in managing client communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations, and other materials. Track and monitor client performance metrics, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement. , Creative, Strategy, Media) to address client needs, ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and foster positive team engagement.
Account Management: Contribute to the development and execution of account plans to achieve client goals and objectives. Support the management of projects and campaigns from inception to delivery, working under the guidance of the Account Director and Account Supervisor. Support Account Team in conducting regular client meetings to review performance, discuss opportunities, and build relationships.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Assist in managing account budgets, invoicing and forecasts. Ensure accurate billing and financial reporting in line with agency and client expectations, under the direction of the Account Director.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, project status and communications. Assist with the preparation of proposals and contracts. Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
: 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency. Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, programmatic, and content marketing. Experience supporting the management of client accounts.
