The Role: This role owns the strategic balance between commercial procurement excellence and advanced manufacturing oversight across Yubico's hardware supply chain. Given our specialized product nature, the primary mission is to optimize the balance between cost, time, and quality while ensuring impeccable relationship governance, absolute supply chain stability, and robust risk mitigation through the development of viable backup plans.

The focus split is 60/40 in favor of Procurement over Engineering. , precious metal prices affecting electronics) and multi-year capacity reservations with our most vital partners. Simultaneously, they will lead an experienced engineering team to secure our proprietary in-house programming infrastructure, protect co-developed IP, and navigate New Product Introductions (NPI) from a supply standpoint.

The role reports to VP - Supply Chain Operations and is located at Yubico’s head office in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

: 1. Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Relationship Governance (60% Focus) Strategic Partner Governance: Manage and mature relationships with our core co-manufacturing partners, navigating complex commercial conversations and aligning supplier expectations with evolving business needs. Commercial Governance and Process Ownership: Act as the internal owner of all hardware procurement processes.
