related to EEO, FLSA, and other workforce regulations Must Haves Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2–3 years of HRIS data entry, HR operations, or employee data management experience Experience processing high-volume employee data changes across an organization Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG Pro, ADP Lyric/Vantage, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or similar systems Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data validation Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and quality Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence to clarify incomplete or inaccurate requests Ability to handle highly confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across HR and cross-functional teams Nice to Haves Experience supporting payroll,
Responsibilities
