Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems Pull and dress low-voltage cable Install card readers, door contacts, cameras, and related security devices Assist with device termination and system testing Read and interpret basic drawings and installation documents Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate project updates to supervisors and project managers Follow all company and customer safety

Requirements

Participate in ongoing training and development programs

High School Diploma or equivalent DCJS certification or ability to obtain certification Ability to work on ladders and lifts Ability to lift equipment and

What We'Re Looking For

Preferred Experience 0-3 years of experience in security, electrical, telecommunications, construction, or low-voltage systems Trade school graduates are encouraged to apply Military veterans are encouraged to apply Construction or mechanical experience is a plus Desired Skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to use hand tools and power tools Interest in technology and problem-solving Ability to follow directions and learn new skills
