We’re looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) that will be a strategic technical enablement partner focused on building, validating, and scaling the technical capabilities of Webflow’s agency and services partners.

This role ensures partners are equipped to confidently sell, design, and deliver high-quality Webflow solutions for complex and enterprise-grade use cases—while maintaining clear boundaries that enable scale and predictability. As the technical counterpart to Partner Account Managers (PAMs), the PSE team supports multiple partner portfolios and works closely with Partner Enablement, Sales, and Customer Solutions Engineering to strengthen partner readiness and improve the quality of partner-sourced opportunities.

Compensation

United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: $178,000 - $210,000 Zone B: $166,500 - $196,000 Zone C: $156,500 - $184,000 Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in BC, Canada) 174,500 - 205,000 For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role.
