About The Role

At Trackonomy, we believe the future belongs to organizations that can see, understand, and act on what's happening in the physical world—in real time. Our Innovation Services Managers make that vision a reality. This is a highly customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of operations, technology, product innovation, and customer success.

You'll work directly with some of the world's largest logistics, healthcare, airline, and government organizations to solve complex operational challenges using Trackonomy's connected intelligence platform. Customers rarely come to us asking for a specific product. They come with difficult business problems: How do we eliminate misloads?

How do we reduce lost assets? How do we automate manual processes? How do we gain real-time visibility across our operations?

How do we make better operational decisions using live data? Your job is to transform those questions into solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Every deployment is different.

Every customer is different. You'll immerse yourself in customer operations, understand how work gets done today, and help design a better way using Trackonomy's technology. This isn't traditional implementation.

What You'Ll Do

Innovation Services Managers partner closely with customers throughout their transformation journey—from discovery through deployment, adop
