Job Overview This role is responsible for owning and representing the English-speaking World of Tanks community at a professional level. You will act as a key bridge between players and the product, combining strong game knowledge, analytical capability, and clear communication to support both community health and business decisions. The role requires someone who can confidently engage with players, interpret sentiment, and communicate effectively across a range of situations, from day-to-day interactions to high-visibility and live-audience settings.
Therefore , the role is best suited for someone with prior experience. You will work closely with publishing, social media, competitive gaming, and livestream teams to deliver a cohesive global strategy. Reports to Senior Community Manager What will you do?
Own and actively manage the English-speaking World of Tanks community across official platforms. Act as a credible voice of the product, demonstrating strong in-game knowledge, including mechanics, meta, systems, and player behavior. Translate community sentiment into clear, structured reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively in high-visibility and complex situations, including interactions with content creators and community leaders. Represent the product in live and high-visibility formats, including livestreams, presentations, or community events, with clear and confident communication. Drive engagement through discussions, initiatives, and community-led activities.
Identify and support key community contributors and creators. Monitor, analyze, and report on community KPIs and sentiment trends. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and execution of publishing plans.
Proactively support a constructive and engaged community environment. What are we looking for? Must-have Excellent written and spoken English, (C1-C2).
Deep, practical knowledge of World of Tanks, with active gameplay and strong understanding of the game. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in community management, gaming industry strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze feedback and produce clear, structured reports.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak confidently and clearly in front of live audiences and in high-visibility situations. Strong understanding of PC gaming culture and online communities. Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting community KPIs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required. Nice-to-have Experience hosting or participating in livestreams, presentations, or public-facing content. Experience organizing community events, both online and offline.
Familiarity with social media and content strategy. Project management experience. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
g. German or Polish. Work mode Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office).
