Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) , you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We are looking for Junior Ad Ops Specialist. , Asia), and communicate proactively with all stakeholders. Support CM360 campaign launch setup and post-launch verification according to WPP Media’s established guidelines.
Produce daily campaign reports, including pacing updates, data entry, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams. Work closely with your manager and the team to support communication between the ad server and internal business units. Support all media trafficking needs by scheduling and maintaining placements, rotation of ads, and creative throughout the lifetime of campaigns.
Efficiently distribute tags, trackers, and creative assets to all media partners. Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms, and ensure data accuracy in campaign reporting tools and WPP Media campaign management software. Embed additional survey, audience measurement, verification, and other tracking components for external vendors as needed.
Support daily QA and timely troubleshooting of all placements, tagging, and floodlights/vendor pixels for on-site tracking implementations to ensure proper tracking. Assist internal and external teams with the implementation of third-party ad serving tags and systems, following documented best practices. Skills and Experience If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: A Bachelor’s degree.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher. 6+ months of experience in a digital media agency or ad serving environment (CM360 as the primary platform; Flashtalking is a plus). Familiarity with platforms such as CM360, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DV360.
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ad serving technologies. The ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills.
