Role Profile Our Madrid Design team are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team as we continue our growth through 2026.

We are looking for someone who can confidently design great workplaces, think design is more than a job, work closely with our sales team to help develop RFPs, and effectively influence and direct our clients. Above all, your work will transform workspaces, and contribute to some of the most recognisable commecial spaces in the Office Interiors market.

Responsibilities

include but not limited to: Confidently lead on design projects - varying in size from large to small Working in close partnership with our clients, providing support as needed. Collaborate with our Head of Design and all members of the Unispace team to ensure that our methodology is delivered throughout the entire project life cycle. Communicate with clients, other designers, consultants, Preconstruction, and Delivery teams to ensure that we deliver projects which truly embody our clients vision.

Lead project teams in the management of all design work, including compiling technical and interior drawings, finish boards, and full documentation sets Create and deliver pitches and presentations that wow our clients and put us on the front-foot for winning work.
