Role Overview Join Toradex as an ERP Solution Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our global business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO ). You will lead the ERP team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our ERP platform supports efficient, scalable, and compliant operations across all regions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a modern, cloud-based ERP landscape, collaborating with process owners, developers, and key users to deliver impactful solutions. The position is based in Horw, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Lead global ERP team of developers, functional consultants and solution architects responsible for D365 FO across multiple timezones.

Requirements

Plan and moderate business process workshops with stakeholders.

Define and manage work packages for ERP development and configuration changes. Oversee the configuration, implementation, and testing of new features and improvements in D365 FO . Manage the D365 environment maintenance, platform upgrades, and improvement schedules.

Support users with ERP help-desk topics and coordinate support activities within the ERP team. Ensure documentation of all processes, configurations, and changes according to Toradex standards. Foster empowered users and continuous improvement practices.

Liaise with stakeholders to prioritize future changes and strategic initiatives. Stay up to date with D365 standard features and drive adoption of new capabilities where beneficial. Skills Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and related business processes.

Technical understanding of ERP systems, integrations, and data management. Strong business and software background; able to communicate effectively with both process owners and technical teams. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong documentation and process mapping abilities. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
