This role is located in Somerville, MA - This is an in-office role, on-site 5 days/week. What skills or experience do I need? Bias for action, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and takes a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 25 lbs. Demonstrated ability to independently manage and present projects to the team and company. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
Excited about adopting new tools and AI technologies to work smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues and handle office projects — building, moving, and setting up equipment around HQ. Keep the space organized, clean, and fully stocked. Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox; respond to requests.
Manage inventory and ordering for snacks, food, and office supplies. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Source, procure, and maintain office equipment.
