We’re looking for an exceptional Cloud Systems Administrator to join the global IT superstar team at Too Good To Go in Copenhagen.
Your mission Your mission is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the core IT systems that empower our global team to fight food waste. You will be a key player in managing and evolving our cloud-first infrastructure, with a strong focus on automating processes to enhance productivity. By managing our critical platforms, such as our identity management and productivity suites (including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365), you will directly contribute to the success of our mission by enabling our teams to work seamlessly and securely across the globe.
Your role In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our cloud-native IT environment, focusing on enhancing and automating our core systems to support our global team. This is a hands-on role where you will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of our IT landscape. Automation & Enhancement: Proactively identify and implement automation solutions to streamline IT and business workflows.
You will help manage and enhance our core cloud infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure and performant. Cloud Platform Administration: Take the lead on administering our key platforms, including our identity management system (JumpCloud) and productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Technical Escalation & Problem Solving: Serve as the go-to technical resource for our IT Support team on complex systems-level challenges.
You’ll take ownership of escalated issues and focus on engineering lasting solutions, not just quick fixes. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments on global IT projects, from planning and implementation to user training and support. Vendor & Documentation Management: Assist in managing relationships with technology vendors and develop clear, comprehensive documentation for our systems and processes.
Requirements
Experience Level: Hands-on experience in a Systems Administration or Systems Engineer role with a demonstrable focus on cloud-based environments. Core Skills: Proven experience administering identity platforms (like JumpCloud, Okta) and cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Automation: A genuine passion for automation.
, PowerShell, Python, GAM) is a significant plus, but a strong desire to learn and apply these skills is key. Mindset: You are a proactive and detail-oriented problem-solver who is passionate about building efficient, scalable systems.
