Responsibilities

: Evaluate potential personal injury claims and determine viability. Investigate claims and gather evidence. Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement conferences. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel or insurance companies. Communicate regularly with clients.

Manage a caseload efficiently and supervise support staff as needed.

Qualifications
