Location: Remote Storable is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing buildout, optimization, and scalability of our Go-To-Market (GTM) and post-sales systems. This role will focus on developing high-quality Salesforce solutions—including Apex, Flows, LWC, and system configurations—that enable efficient processes, reliable data, and seamless cross-system operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical builder with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, an eye for scalable design, and the drive to translate business needs into high-impact system functionality.
While technical skills take priority, the role also requires clear communication and close collaboration with stakeholders and the Business Operations team.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Development Design, build, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components. , bulkification, governor limit awareness). Implement and refine configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (objects, fields, layouts, permissions, validation rules).
Support CPQ, integrations, and other platform extensions as needed. System Architecture, Configuration, & Automation Assist in designing scalable data models and process automation structures. Contribute to the development of declarative and programmatic solutions that improve GTM efficiencies.
Help maintain integration points between Salesforce and GTM systems (HubSpot, databases, APIs, Workato), escalating complex cases as needed. Ownership of delivery quality. Participate in code reviews, version control, and deployment processes (CI/CD).
Collaboration Work closely with other developers, admins, analysts, and the Director of Business Operations to implement system enhancements. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement iterative improvements.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement Diagnose and resolve Salesforce defects, automation failures, and integration-related issues.
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and automation reliability. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and improve maintainability. Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend enhancements that add value.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers), SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud core functionality. Familiarity with integration patterns and debugging data sync issues (Workato, APIs, HubSpot, or similar platforms a plus). Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
Working knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, and System Architect Preferred: Experience with Apex REST integrations or API-based data exchange. Familiarity with Lightning Web Components beyond basic modifications. Experience in RevOps, Sales, Marketing, or post-sales operational environments.
Background supporting SaaS or private-equity-owned companies. Comfort with Python or JavaScript for supplemental scripting (nice-to-have). About Us: At Storable, we’re redefining property management for specialty real estate.
