Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse/Certified Medical Assistant - provides direct patient care and supports the daily clinical operations of JPCHC. The LPN collaborates closely with providers and interdisciplinary care teams to perform patient assessments, administer medications, coordinate lab work, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure efficient patient flow.
