You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. See Yourself at Telix We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for sales and account management activities in Germany, including hospital contracting, product promotion, administration training, tender management and overall account management – calling on all relevant hospital departments including nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, oncology and administration.
: DGN, EANM…) Assist in building innovative customer-centric strategies that drive sales volume, market share and profitability while building Telix’s reputation in the nuclear medicine community Participate in and provide sales forecasts, risk and opportunity assessments for brands and ensure regional inputs are aligned with established guidelines from management and finance teams Adhere to Corporate Compliance programs and successfully participate in training and continuing education programs Primary territory of responsibility is Germany. The role may expand to additional markets based on business needs and individual performance Ensure CRM hygiene (or interim tracker until CRM go-live): next steps & dates on all opportunities, tender calendar up to date, win/loss analytics Where applicable, lead distributor performance: set quarterly targets, run bi-weekly pipeline reviews, and initiate Corrective Action Plans if off-track.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth. Proven success owning a region (forecasting, pricing judgments, contracting) Strong understanding of the radiopharmaceutical market and its regulatory environment preferred Strong understanding of hospital systems required. Knowledge of nuclear medicine and oncology care pathways preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently Fluency in German and English required.
