Who are we hiring? The Merch Supervisor ensures an exceptional guest experience throughout the levels of the MSG Sphere by leading and directing front-line colleagues. The Supervisor collaborates across functions to achieve business results and reacts as needed within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Accountable for daily supervision and leadership of front-line colleagues in merch outlets such as concessions, suites, clubs, restaurant, and catering; takes ownership of assigned locations and maintains a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Manages the content and delivery of pre-shift meetings; communicates event-related information and ensures front-line staff is informed and following event instructions. Addresses customer concerns, feedback and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner, offers recovery solutions and escalates as appropriate. Conducts monthly audits, daily inventory and trains and motivates staff.
Participates in meetings as deemed necessary. Collaborates with all colleagues in multiple departments. Ensures that front line colleagues are compliant with Company policies and local/state regulations.

Supervision of Merchandise Workers What do you need to succeed? Minimum of 2-3 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications. Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; adheres to TEAM training guidelines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all levels in the organization in a variety of settings and group sizes. Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience in Point of Sale (POS), purchasing and inventory systems. Comfortable employing sound business judgement to manage conflict and resolve guest concerns with a sense of urgency.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
