You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. See Yourself at Telix Telix Pharmaceuticals is recruiting a hands-on Neuro-Oncology Brand Lead to own the brand strategy and commercial launch of late-stage brain cancer imaging asset across Europe. This role is purpose-built for a self-sufficient marketer who is equally comfortable developing strategy and personally executing it — without direct reports or reliance on external agencies.
The ideal candidate brings deep oncology marketing expertise, a strong understanding of European market dynamics, and meaningful experience in radiopharmaceuticals (diagnostic or therapeutic). A drive to lead a transformative product launch from the ground up is essential. Key Accountabilities: Lead the end-to-end European launch of a late-stage neuro-oncology asset, from pre-launch preparation through commercialization, personally executing tactics where needed.
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for a late-stage brain cancer imaging asset, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition tailored to European markets. Create and produce core promotional and medical education materials (digital, print, congress) independently, without relying on agency support. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), neuro-oncology specialists, neurosurgeons, and neuroradiologists across Europe.
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify insights, track competitor activity, and refine brand strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure brand cohesion and launch readiness. Manage the brand budget directly, making hands-on decisions to optimize spending and maximize ROI.

Contribute to the development of patient support programs and disease awareness initiatives in neuro-oncology. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field required. MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management, with a minimum of 2 years in oncology or neuro-oncology specifically. Demonstrated experience independently executing brand launches in Europe, including content creation, KOL engagement, and congress presence — without relying on agencies or a direct team. , targeted radionuclide therapy) — is strongly preferred and will be a key differentiator for candidates.
