Who You’ll Work With Industrial/Commercial Superintendent About the Position The Foreman 1 works out of Stansell Electric’s Nashville office, assisting in all aspects of supervise and coordinate assigned crew(s) and subordinate supervision in all aspects of installation, alteration, demolition, maintenance and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, assemblies, and associated materials and equipment on all type of projects within the electrical construction industry.
Responsibilities

How You’ll Make a Difference Meet or exceed project schedules, productivity standards, and monetary budgets. Has strong expertise in all aspects of trade related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installations, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and trouble shooting.
Operates any hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary to perform all trade associated Effectively communicates and interfaces with peers, crew, project supervision, and General Contractor. Coordinates work and activities with the Project Manager, General Contractor, customer, and other trades.
Requirements
are on the project when needed. Proceeds with work via written and verbal instructions, plans, drawings, or specifications. Directly responsible for the supervision and management of all employees and supervision under his/her jurisdiction.
Lays out and schedules work for subordinate supervision, lead persons, and crew as needed.
e. ). Monitors labor productivity, Quality Control, and directs subordinate supervision and crews in such a manner so as to meet project schedules and production quotas.
Coordinate and manages equipment rentals. Identifies, schedules, and facilitates all needed inspections. Prepares detail drawings for job as needed.
