Organization Overview: The Florida Panthers enter their 33 rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League’s premier franchises. As back-to-back Stanley Cup champions in 2024 and 2025, the Cats have emerged victorious in 11 of their past 12 postseason series and have captured four Eastern Conference championships. The Panthers are led by President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Bill Zito entering his seventh season, and President of Business Operations Michael White who begins his first full season.

Conversion Crew Organization: Florida Panthers Hockey Club Department: Arena Operations Reports To: Manager, Conversion Crew FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Amerant Bank Arena, Sunrise, FL — On-Site Schedule: Flexibility required for nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays Job Summary The Conversion Crew is responsible for setting up, maintaining, converting, and preparing Amerant Bank Arena for events — including converting the facility back and forth between a professional hockey arena and a large-scale concert and event venue.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors and arena management Availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and extend arms or legs fully Ability to operate a forklift and warehouse equipment preferred but not required Work Environment This position works in an arena where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, and temperatures are variable — often cold. Lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights and pyrotechnics.
