Organization Overview: The Florida Panthers enter their 33 rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League’s premier franchises. As back-to-back Stanley Cup champions in 2024 and 2025, the Cats have emerged victorious in 11 of their past 12 postseason series and have captured four Eastern Conference championships. Arena Operations Technician Organization: Florida Panthers Ice Den Department: Facility Operations Reports To: Director of Operations, Panthers Ice Den FLSA Status: Exempt Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Florida Panthers Ice Den, Coral Springs, FL — On-Site Schedule: Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Summary At the direction of the Director of Operations, the Arena Operations Technician will perform daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the events and activities at the Florida Panthers Ice Den, ensuring implementation of best practices consistent with the company's current policies and procedures. This position is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the ice rink.
