Support newsletter monetization by helping evaluate sponsorship performance, audience engagement, and campaign opportunities.
Use generative AI and AI-powered marketing tools to accelerate campaign planning, testing, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining editorial judgment and quality standards. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, compliance, and audience relevance before they are used in subscriber-facing work. Present email performance insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, newsletter publishing, or audience development. Experience managing email or newsletter programs at a meaningful scale, ideally with audiences of 100,000+ subscribers or across multiple brands, segments, or newsletter products. Hands-on experience building lifecycle programs beyond one-off sends, including welcome series, onboarding, engagement, reactivation, win-back, preference-based journeys, or similar automated programs.
Experience using ESPs or marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Sailthru, or similar tools. Skilled in segmentation, automation workflows, behavioral targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
