About The Role
The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting top talent within the dynamic nuclear energy sectors. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer negotiation, with a specialization in the nuclear energy space. As an AI-first recruiter, you will be expected to use AI tools, automation, and the Nuclear Operating System (NOS) to source faster, screen smarter, and give hiring managers and candidates a better experience at every step.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, including: Developing job descriptions and posting open positions on relevant platforms. , LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals). Screening resumes and conducting initial screening interviews.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers using automated scheduling tools to eliminate manual back and forth. Managing candidate communication and providing a positive candidate experience. Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future openings. Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify top talent in the nuclear energy field. Network with industry professionals and attend industry events to build relationships and identify potential candidates.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing them with regular updates on the recruitment process. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely feedback and guidance. Data & Analytics: Produce weekly hiring reports for hiring managers using AI and dashboarding tools (such as Greenhouse reporting) to surface funnel insights and flag bottlenecks proactively.
Assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed. Bring a systems mindset to recruiting data, flagging opportunities to improve reporting architecture across recruiting tools. Experience 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical, engineering, or highly regulated field.
