Responsibilities
Apply for and enroll individuals into insurance plans and programs Conduct in-person Zoom calls with members to find insurance plans that fit their needs Abide by insurance standards and HIPAA regulations Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients Maintain electronic records Work as an advocate for the employee and employer Participate in new customer hand-offs from launch Educate customers on our products and services Able to travel to various domestic locations (infrequent)
Qualifications
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable working in multiple technology platforms Strong ability to manage time effectively Data analysis and problem-solving skills Capacity to work beyond 40 hours per week in Q4 Strong organization skills and attention to detail Must have, or be able to obtain, health insurance license Flexible to adapt to constantly changing environment Willingness to learn and grow into a benefit subject matter expert Strong collaborative team player Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree required Health Insurance experience strongly preferred
