Position Summary: The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will play a critical role in supporting public company readiness initiatives and leading external financial reporting activities.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this individual will be responsible for preparing SEC filings, supporting technical accounting matters, and helping establish scalable reporting and compliance processes appropriate for a public company environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical-stage biotech environment. Support IPO readiness activities, including implementation of disclosure controls and SOX compliance processes Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, Clinical Operations, and external auditors/advisors to gather and validate information for filings Research technical accounting matters and prepare accounting memoranda Coordinate reporting timelines and ensure timely and accurate filings Support quarterly and annual close activities related to external reporting Assist with equity accounting and stock
