, review validation plans, and ensure components meet structural, performance, and durability

Support supplier test execution and review data for compliance. Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans and procedures for brake components and systems, including bench, dynamometer, environmental, and vehicle-level testing. Coordinate testing activities and ensure timely completion of validation milestones.

Data Analysis and Issue Resolution: Analyze test data to evaluate performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical concerns and improve product robustness. Technical Excellence: Uphold engineering excellence by ensuring robust validation methodologies and high-quality test execution.

Contribute to continuous improvement of brake system performance and durability. Engineering Improvements: Critically review test results, validation strategies, and system performance, proposing improvements to designs, specifications, and validation approaches.

Support the development , NVH, and validation of these components to meet performance, durability, and safety targets. Validation and Testing: Lead and support validation activities at both supplier and OEM levels, including component, subsystem, and vehicle testing.
