The Orchard has an immediate opening for a full-time Coordinator, Publishing Services.

This New York based position will report to the Associate Director and will play an integral role in executing all initiatives related to The Orchard’s Publishing service. The Coordinator will function as the day-to-day resource for an assigned portion of the client base and will be the primary support to their publishing business. You will work closely with independent labels from the client onboarding stage, including demoing the Orchard’s Publishing technology systems, to the registration of songs at publishing sources and payees worldwide, including responding to ad-hoc client inquiries.

About you: You have a solid understanding of music publishing and are comfortable interfacing with clients. Strong command of large datasets, a keen eye for detail and a love for all types of music is a must.

: Previous working experience in the music industry with a focus is music publishing services preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
