We are seeking an experienced Estimator, Program Lead for our Preconstruction Team. Estimators are responsible for accurately determining the total costs associated with a construction project by executing a detailed line-item budget for each trade. The ideal candidate must have an acute attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with fixed deadlines.

Responsibilities

: Prepare detailed conceptual budgets and estimating from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design and design development documents Execute detailed take-offs of all trades.

Qualifications

and Experience: 6+ years of experience in budgeting and Estimating for commercial construction projects.
