Software Delivery Project Manager (5464)

We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Project Manager with a strong background in software development lifecycle management, data analytics, and systems integration. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in leading complex software projects, implementing data-driven decision-making, and fostering cross-functional collaboration in high-impact environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for software development and integration initiatives from planning and execution to delivery and support. Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with Agile, Scrum, or other software development and test methodologies. Utilize integrated software tools and relational databases to support efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Apply best practices in software testing, risk management, and performance analytics to optimize project outcomes. Identify potential project risks and performance deficiencies; develop and implement mitigation strategies based on data-centric assessments. Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and contractual obligations.

Coordinate across development teams, operations analysts, application administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership. Mentor junior team members in project management techniques, including prioritization cross projects and risk analysis.
