About The Role

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team at a critical moment in our growth. This is a senior technical leadership role with broad influence over architecture, engineering culture, and how we build, working closely with the CTO and cross-functional leadership to shape the direction of the product and the team.

Responsibilities

Set the technical direction for core systems, owning architectural decisions that span multiple teams and product areas Drive alignment on engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization Lead complex, ambiguous projects from problem definition through delivery, often before the path is clear Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate long-term goals into a coherent technical strategy Identify leverage points in the stack and org where investment will compound: tooling, infrastructure, process, and culture Mentor and raise the bar for engineers across the team through code review, design feedback, and direct collaboration Represent engineering in cross-functional planning, bringing a systems-level perspective to product and operational decisions Skills and

Qualifications
