The Role We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Generalist who enjoys working across the entire product surface: backend systems, frontend experiences, infrastructure, and AI-powered features.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and likes shipping end-to-end features rather than owning just one narrow area. You’ll work closely with product, design, and research to build reliable, scalable, and user-focused software. Your work will run on robots in complex, adversarial environments.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features from concept to production Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend applications Integrate AI/ML capabilities into real user workflows Improve system architecture, reliability, and developer experience Work directly with users and stakeholders to refine product direction Contribute to infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoring Help shape engineering culture, processes, and technical standards
