Project Coordinator to provide advanced organizational, administrative, and field-level support for construction and maintenance projects with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings prior coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting safe and efficient project execution. WORK LOCATION : Travel to client sites may be required based on project needs and expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

) Provide day-to-day coordination support to the technical field construction health and safety team for construction and maintenance projects. Assist Capital Project Management and Facilities Project Management with safety-related tasks during construction phases and occasionally during design and planning. Lead the organization and facilitation of pre-construction planning meetings, ensuring required materials and documentation are prepared and distributed.

Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, logs, and documentation related to safety activities, inspections, and contractor compliance. Support the review of contractor Job Hazard Analyses, Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), Health and Safety programs, and related submittals. Participate in site walks with field safety professionals to document observations, track corrective actions, and ensure hazards are addressed in a timely manner.

Compile, analyze, and report safety metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements. Assist with incident investigations by gathering information, organizing documentation, and preparing draft reports for client submission. Support participation in inspections, informal conferences, and meetings with governing entities or insurers when requested.
