Basic Function We are seeking an experienced Controls / Security / Network / Compute Lead to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of critical technology systems for large-scale data center construction projects.

Requirements

Manage vendors and subcontractors responsible for controls, security, and IT infrastructure installations Oversee installation quality, integration, and system interoperability across all platforms Drive commissioning activities, including testing, validation, and turnover documentation Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration, schedule, and performance Ensure compliance with industry standards, security

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years in Data center construction, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments preferred. ) Structured cabling and network infrastructure Data center IT/compute environments Proven experience managing vendors and coordinating across multiple disciplines Familiarity with commissioning processes and system integration in mission-critical environments Strong understanding of data center design standards and best practices Location: On-site near Lubbock, Texas. Base Pay - $70,000-$115,000 The pay range mentioned above is a guideline.

Responsibilities
